Refund Policy

Please remember that Hicat® units are made-to-order so we cannot accept any customer returns or refunds due to incorrect measuring, specification or that are simply too big to get into your home.

We can accept returns for stock & accessory items within 15 days from delivery – return postage must be paid by the sender & products should be returned in the original packaging in an unused condition.
